First of all her hair is just gorgeous! It´s actually maginificant? Gah, curse this bad spelling of mine. But you know what I mean, ha ha ha. And second of all the coloring is just so impressive! It´s so shiney and out there!
I also love how her dress just flows into the city building theme kind of thing, that´s a real nice touch. And the flyers, bah! Genius once again.
I still cant believe you have been to new york...grr. I want to go to NY also. You have so much advantages...you have to win!

awesome details! her outfit looks like it needs some ironing lol! but it's awesome! i like how u added the skyline in her dressline. it's cool. and i especially love the bottom part. very nice colors. it's like the usual cg u'll see on deviant. the blue and green tones, u should do more of that. it's really cool!

Nice concept! Your low budget comment made me LOL. I have to say though the drawing doesn't look low budget at all!
I think the NYAF papers as a replacement for the torch is good since she's still recognisable as the Statue of Liberty. and the signature is genius~~ X3
