I love hotdogs! That's always what I think of when I think NYC. And when I was in NYC I was feeding pigeons too! So I think your mascot really represents NYC~!

This is both adorable and gorgeous at the same time, I can't even BEGIN to describe how wonderful it looks! ^^
I love her adorable little pose and how she really looks like she's having a nice time with the pigeons, it really captures the spirit of New York and I like that about this mascot entry~
I don't know why this isn't more popular, the coloring and lineart is absolutely great~ I wish you much luck in the contest and I hope to see more of your work! ^^ Keep it up!
