Now that I take a really good look at it, I can see the differences between her and Yula. I think the main things that made me think she was Yula, at a glance, was the ribbon, the long orage hair(which I now see that if she was Yula, She wouldve had pink at the top) and the outfit.
uh...no its not. if it was Yula i would have titled it Yula.
i used her at a reference for this character though.
this is a really old drawing so i know its unoriginal and looks a lot like her.
