Hahaha! got 3 reactions for a day! well, that guy is only known as Sai. in the Naruto Shippuden episodes, Sai joined Team Kakashi as a replacement for Sasuke. His real identity is a member of the Roots division of ANBU and Sai is only his code name. Sai's original mission from Danzou was to gain Orochimaru's trust, locate Sasuke and assassinate him. But after witnessing the brotherly bond shared by Naruto with Sasuke, Sai disobeyed his orders for the first time and vowed to help Naruto save Sasuke.
