I love your water!!(i'm super sucky at water @.@) And they look so cute together! 10 had to be my 2nd fav Final Fantasy!(Tactics 1st!) It was rely colorful! Usually Final Fantasys seem a bit dark and dreery but this one was very,I don't know,an uplifting feeling? But the storyline made you sad.... Very confusing game! <(^^<) (>^^)>

I keep seeing ffx artwork and wallies everywhere I just beat the game a couple of days ago.

I have no idea if this would work for the water but maybe dupilicating the layer and then reflecting it but not all the way only a portion of it would be reflected and then maybe putting a bit of a gaussian blur and motion blur and then finally maybe some a waterpaint filter?
That was a huge run on sentence but whatever. Nice job on this.HUG.

That's pretty much what I kinda did with the water. Duplicate, flip, and use a lot of blurring D: and thanks for the comment :)
