hmmm. my only thing about this would be the color of the eyes. Try to make the eyes pop out from the rest of his body, i just feel like his eye color blends in too much into his body.
besides that minor detail, it actually looks really cool. creativity on a scale 1-10, i give 10!! what i really love about him is his pose and the shape of his head. 'Stern but caring', thats what his pose tells me.^^ I mean he's sooo cool! this is my type of pokemon!!
