If not you can get it through a torrent (that's how I got mine) or you could also download gimp, which is a like photoshop, but free. It'd be a lot easier to use than ms paint!

I think it looks great! I can't draw what so ever on ms paint! Thats why I sketch it first and the scan it! You're off to a great start! Keep it up!!
