I draw it out, color it with watercolors then use Photoshop to accent it. I try not to Photoshop the actual drawing (subject) but Background edges and titles are fair game.
Great Sheena sketch/painting. I thought it looked watercolour-y. Is it by hand, or are there really watercolour tools in photoshop?
