First of all amazing coloring! I love the use of colored pencils you did here. And that shine is amazing! ....I do that same shine effect by the way and I love it to smithies!
Here´s my critique though. Trying working on alignment. She´s a very cute girl but her cheek is too inward for her eyes to be portioned right. Other than that I love this picture! It´s adorable and happy and mwuah!
