You captured something really great with this picture. The soft colors and the concentrated pose really brings out the passion for the music that you love. You did a great job on this.

gosh, i love the vibrance in the background colors - they're beautiful! and yeah, drawing people playing basically any instrument (especially string instruments - they can be a pain) can be really difficult, but you nailed it pretty well!
aw man, that stinks that you couldn't be in both groups though. i'm a big orchestra geek (the cello is awesome :p), but band sounds like a pretty fun class to be in too.
well, i really hope to see more of your great work in the future! keep it up. :D

Oh my goodness, this is so beautiful my friend! Gah, you really captured the beauty of music in this! Aw so you're in band? :D I am too! I play the trumpet^^ I have been playing for about 7 years now. It is so much fun and lovely. :) I wish I could play in the Orchestra as well, but like your school, mine doesn't allow both band and orchestra on a student's schedule^^;
The colors on this picture just make me feel all warm and happy^^ This is a fave for sure! ♥ Keep up the amazing work!
