It's reallyy good for a doodle! x33 I think if you don't outline the white glow in the eye with black, it'll look slightly better ^^
Sorry I hope I don't sound mean >.< I "try" to give advice but I'm kinda bad at it xDD;;
But it's VEREH good for just a doodle! O__O Plus you did it on the computer..
