Whoot, original characters are awesome =D. I really like the background, but hm...criticism...a bit more shading would be nice, unless you're going for the flat kind of look, shading would make him more 3-D. Thanks for the comment on my cougar drawing xD, pens rock...and they're cheap too =D!
Oooh, he's very cool!!! ^__^ I love what you did~~ Did you use the pen tool? If not, it looks like you did cause it's so smooth and clear! <3 Tips? Uh, I don't know what tips to give you cause this is really good. I just think that his eyes are missing the whites? You know, behind the color? But some styles do it like yours, so it's fine. Maybe try doing some highlights in his hair. That could help. :3 But I really like this. Good job!
