Ohhh, how cute!
Shes lovey the purple looks really good on her! I really like her costume, the lace up is really cool. The only things that are missing is the seam lines, her pendent, and her other puffy sleve. Also if you want I really love her tights but it makes the Mew outfit look too casual, if you made her tights into arm warmers or gloves, it would take the costume to the next level! :3
I have a club that your welcomed to join called Cafe mew mew. You can go there and post your mews and get help from all its members and me. I think you designs are really great and your on the right track.
