my way in photoshop - for the streaky lights - use a seperate layer and white brush. decrease the opacity and use the eraser(lower the opacity here too) after to erase what u dont want to a certain degree - thats it :P
That's really cool and it's a really cool idea. How did you do the streaks of light? I've tried to do that, but it doesn't turn out well. Great work! Have fun with the rainbow paint.

oh.. and ur guy in the pic somehow reminded me of the other guy with the suzaku team who has the same hair color... i better rewatch this anime *and fall in love with tamahome once again..* lol..
