Hmmm, pretty good, if you're working on shading, I would just say make sure there's a pretty good contrast between the places where the light hits and where there is shadow. I'm working on shading too so good luck to both of us! ^^
shading aside, I like the picture to begin with, I really like his expression, he's like, "Fiiiinnne, I'll help you ><"
(when I first saw the picture I thought that was his tongue...XD)
