It's printed on sturdy paper and then laminated. A small hole is punch on the top and a keychain is put through it. I've seen another artist do this and cons and I bought a bunch of them.

I was thinking of putting him into the classic Naruto fighting pose but then decided against it since, yes, it is a chibi. Plus, if making it into a keychain I didn't want his limbs all over the place since it would make it too big.

I figured more standard poses would help show personality too. I thought this pose was rather cocky and "I can do anything" but being cute. lol!

Good job on this :3 though you always do a good job on anything you do.
Did you think about putting him into a fighting stance or did you think this was more chibi-ish? though chbi's dont really seem the type to fight but in any case I cant wait to see the others you have done/will do.
