This is actually pretty nice. I really REALLY like her stockings, especially the shine and the emphasis on shape. The boats are also well done, a bit rugged, but it gives them character. The outfit in whole is quite cute, I'd wear it =)
The only thing I might suggest now is to try and smooth out the scarf(?) around her neck. I'm not sure if you were aiming for a knitted look or overall rough take on it, but you might want to try smaller marks next time, maybe even a bit of cross-hatching.

Wonderful, I actually like this outfit far more than her other one. The pose is very natural, and the coloring is superb.
