first glance gave me the impression that this is sailor saturn.. its probably the bangs.. lol.. it looks great... the background is amazing too.. it does look like its floating.. its never a bad thing... its art.. *hugs*
The snow looks like bubbles...but then again I've never really seen snow. Its a great pic, all your work is amazing and it would be an honor to get a pic from you.
