Ah I see. Well I go through critiques a lot.. maybe that's why. I've got to notice my own flaws just as much as anyone else's! And now I'm off to draw some more! I've been submitting at least one drawing per day recently.. it's a nice routine!
As many have said and many to come will say, this is masterfully done. Simply amazing. She reminded me of Belldandy from Oh! My Goddess~. ^^d ::*loves that anime*::
Haha I know how you feel... usually I don't do so well with backgrounds (I used to be much worse though. x.x) This one came out nicely, to my surprise!

Oh it looks fantastic. I would never have noticed the different wind directions if you had not pointed it out.
