Nice detail in the arms I think that the left one,(his right arm) looks a little odd though nice job!
I really started liking Sagat when i first started watching Street Fighter 2 V, and im hoping to make a Sagat wallpaper sometime soon when i get the urge :) This drawing is pretty cool, i figured he would be pretty touch to draw since he has so much muscles , but you pulled it of perfectly :) keep up the great work :)
