I don't really get the tail, as that would mean she has two sets of legs (the tail of an orca is just its legs fused together). But it does look very cool, so i don't think it's a big deal. =B
Anywho, love her hair and costume. Great job. =]

Well actually I can say moar.
Everything about her is so unique, her personalities, her DNA,
the way you added the white 'ears' of teh orca whale on her head. It's awesome.
And her outfit doesn't look like Zakuro's, don't worry. Well, I don't think so.
Her gloves and boots have a cool design.
