Sorry, it's not watercolor. It's colored pencil. I know it looks like watercolor, but it's not. I'm going to try to make it look less like watercolor next time. ^_^;

I love it. Water color is hard to use and I never really seen any have been done well. I'm also a cat fan to so makes me love it even more.

Thanks!!!!!!!!!!! No, I didn't use water colors. All the coloring was done using colored pencils. I added the sparkles using GIMP.
