Hands are hard. I would never bag anyone on hands because they can be a pain to draw. My hands used to look like "paws" or "fringe". I found an old story I did just for fun years ago called "Baseball and Budo - is there anything else in life?" and I considered posting it because the artwork is so - not so good. I actually borrowed a lot of poses from Ranma 1/2 while writing it. It was never intended to be anything more than fun, since I made a ton of inside baseball jokes (for example, one of the male characters is named "Negeru", which loosely translates to "pitcher" (while its more for a pitcher of water) but he looks...a bit like Tim Wakefield....
I may yet still post it...though the artwork is embarrassing...

I had to keep turning my hand backwards and then remember to get the thumb on the correct side in order to get the fingers to look like, fingers...
