I love the guy, and I love your drawing. I'm into monochrome, coloring his eyes only is a great idea, it makes him even hotter.
It´s very well detailed and the mumu bg looks great .Lols mumu bg sometimes Im so comical XD .Good work with the coloring keep them comming :3 .I wonder how I did miss this one ^^(well it was a long week).

Ah well, it's certainly nice (and different) to see a pic in which Kaname isn't his usual cold self I like how you conveyed the feeling of closeness through his eyes, I'm sure blueangel will love it! Keep up the good work!

Really amazing picture! I like how you kept it mainly black and white/grayscale except for his eyes. Very awesome idea.
Never been to fond of Kaname, but I like his look here. Very suave. C;
