the notes are a very good touch too.
lets see, I've already told you about the layering thing but i really can't think of anything else that you could possibly improve on. hmm.. maybe a background? I know they take long but this picture reminds me of something i saw in a magazine once and loved. it was a bride in a garden (like one of those BIG fancy gardens) so maybe if you drew a garden scene behind her it would look very sentimental.
Is she holding something? I can't quite make that out but wonderful job lullaby! ^_^
