I personally don't see anything wrong with this. It looks like a pretty girl to me ;D I love the tones and how they create a texture. I love her hair especially. The flowers are also beautiful.
You might think you can draw girls but features for male and female characters in anime aren't too far apart really. This is really gorgeous, luv the use of textures and overall color scheme. Great work *bows*
