[well, if you have a tablet, you can draw on the computer screen. it's like drawing on paper, but with computer tools. If you draw with your mouse, you are using the tools (like the pencil on MS Paint) and moving them with your mouse. :3 its easier if you have a tablet, cos it's easier to control. (depending on what kind of tablet you have.)

I use Gimp 2. Its similar to photoshop, but the paintbrush movement is closer to the way it moves on MS Paint. (but the colors blend more.)
