i like to help people and giving a little bit of constructive criticism to help people improve with their art. What i would tell you is don't be afraid to press hard with colored pencil. the colors become more bold and make them very easy to blend with, i see how you tried to blend black with red in her hood and you could tell where there was more black then red or vise versa.
