The glockenspiel is done very nicely here but the colors could use some work. The face seems all vibrate and color full while the clothes seem very dull.It seems like the hair is a somewhat darker color that the clothes, making the clothes seem washed out. Unless you were going for that you have the usual anatomy problems and muscle shape.

I think you should remove the tie and scarf, they make him look less like a mew, and they don't go with his outfit either. :(
