4 hours?! I wish I could do a picture like that in 4 hours.. *cough* anyway. I really love the fabric. The entire scene is adorable! The feathers are a great touch.
Whoa. This is utterly breathtaking. The amount of detail through line art alone really works with this piece. I'd love to see the lines inked, so we can see a clean, soft picture. Your character design is top notch. I can see this easily being a scene of a story.
The feather, I think, really add a lot to this piece. They're not too distracting from your line-art, they add in the 'light' feeling both the characters and the colors suggest, and they give the viewer a better sense of depth.
Overall, this piece is absolutely spectacular. Keep designing these beautiful characters.
