hmm im tryin to save up sum $$ to get photoshop n a tablet..
tho seein that photoshop is now 600$.... n the cheapest tablet i could find is 70$...ugg..
I first scan a pencil art of a picture, then get it onto gimp. Then, I make a new layer (transparent) and go over the lines w/ the black paintbrush. ^-^ (well, that's what I usually do... I just did it on gimp for this picture... .3.)
