Ooh, very cool. And you dedicated this to me?? Thank you!! <3 I love it! She's such an awesome character. I like this stage of her a lot. She's ultra powerful but elegant, too, and you can't tell that she's got a lot up her sleeves. ;D Nice expression in her eyes, and the belt is awesome. Yeah, the green works, too! ^_^ Thanks again!
As for passion...and whatnot. Well, I can see where the word amateur comes from now! Although I'm sure it's mostly French, but being a romance language, it's similar to Spanish as well! I agree, an amateur needs passion to get to where they're going. Everyone needs to start out somewhere, and passion can help them advance further. You're advancing! You're improving greatly! *hugs* Your coloring is getting better, and you've also been really exploring different poses for your characters. I think it's awesome.
Popularity is all that drives things here; it isn't about passion, or how much time and effort you put into something, in the end, it's about popularity. Whether popularity of the series the artwork is from, or just overall known-ness of the artist. If you had a billion friends on your list and went around to 2888 sites a day, signing GB's, then you would certainly receive more comments, hugs, etc. If you drew from Naruto, death note, or some other well-known series, then I can assure you that you'd get a lot more attention as well. I'm not saying DBZ isn't popular (of course everyone knows it), but it isn't "popular" right now, and fan characters never seem to do as well. :/ So please don't feel down about your artwork. You're doing an amazing job! You work really hard, and it shows. You DO have passion about what you do, and that's what matters.
I can totally empathize with the whole not being noticed thing since most of the things I do come from lesser known series. The reason I would get things featured is because I've had a lot of friends on here over 2+ years. However, on other sites, like DA and AP, it means nothing. I'm not "popular" there, and I still do what I like to do, submitting pieces of hard work, but they go unnoticed. I barely get any credit, comments, anything...despite how hard I worked. It's just the way of the world, unfortunately. *hugs* But don't let that get you down! Never give up!
Ok, I think I rambled on too much...nice drawing! XD
I agree that the green background matches and goes well with her. I also like her belt! her clothes look very comfy, I bet she fights well in them! hah hah and I want her long blonde hair!!

@Teapot Domescam:
Thank you very much Teapot! She's a brawler so yeah, she'd have to have some comfy clothes. ^^
Thanks a lot about her hair, I always try and make it look pretty for her.
