Awesome. It gives a nice impact even though its just black and white. I think having both the regular black and white and the negative makes it look great
When I see the one character appear more than once in a single picture, it tends to be redundant. But this is not so with this piece. My guess why it does work visually is that the piece is in black and white. If it had been in color, it would have looked overdone, but the black and white keeps the visuals consistent and not distracting at all. The thing about Death Note art is that it looks great even when it isn't colored, as is the case here. Well done!
