There is no longer a fan character section. And since she's a Kingdom Hearts fan character she belongs in the Kingdom Hearts section and not in the Original anime and manga section either.
Should someone be looking for the original KH characters they have to filter out the fan characters(And hopefully people are clicking that 'Is this a fan character?' button.).
This is a very nicely drawn character, but why is the category in Kingdom Hearts? I believe this is a fanart of a miscellaneous character that is in a miscellaneous Kingdom Hearts. Since she is not from the real Kingdom Hearts series, it would be best to put this in the Fan Character Section. After all, when people look in the Kingdom Hearts section, sometimes they are just looking for the real KH characters. But other than that, this a wonderful drawing. I love the way you did the coloring^^

Such lovely, dark colors. She still has that sweet, innocent look, but with a darker underlying theme.
