I see you were brave enough to draw Chi. All of those lines are so intimidating, but compelling to draw. I would say that every artist ought to draw her at least once because she is such a great character design. The difficulty about drawing her is not so much drawing all of those lines, but it's trying to get those lines to look natural that is the difficult part. When so much linework is involved in a piece such as this, it can end up looking cluttered and sketchy. But this didn't happen in this creation. The linework is controlled, clean, and detailed. It's like it all knows where to go and how to flow. All of the lines work with the composition, not against it. It's kind of like looking at fine strings blowing in the wind: they go with it and entwine with other strings, always looking natural. It's similar with the composition in this work. Her hair and her clothing all follow each other, working with one another.
