It's probably because you saved it as a .PNG or .BMP or .JPEG file. Or, it could also be because your computer. So I suggest you can try again later or the next day once your computer cooperates. :]
Just right-click on my avatar and go to "save picture as...". I forgot where I got it. Anyway, I hope that helped. :D

Whoa! Looks very photo-like.^^ I really like the sense of depth in this and of course the lineart is amazing. ^_^ By not using black to outline everything, it really does make the artwork look less flat. ^^ Great work, keep it up.
