This is really really good. You're very good at drawing eyes; they're very intense. I'm crazily jealous. And that ice cream cone-- you know my longing for ice cream right now! Gahhh, I want some ice cream.
I think her face looks like--an exotic. It's kinda surpassing the borders of "anime/manga" and kinda going into realism a bit. I mean, it's not really manga-ish looking y'know. It's very interesting; not like alot of other faces I see here. It's not a tad bit weird at all. :] Great job!
