Eheheheh, it looks like a new brain child of Mia Ikumi! :D (Not meant in a offensive way, I mean it in a good way.)
I'd TOTALLY think Momo is a real character if I didn't know TMM so well. You've designed her like Mia Ikumi would and I know this sounds a little strange, but Ikumi creates kind of... mary sue-ish characters, and I'm pretty sure that's what you were aiming for in making Momo so... that's spot on? It's hard to describe what I'm thinking. I have a stupid brain.
Anywho, I love her lil' R4000 and weapon. 'Tis awesome and so dang cute!
