Random late reply but Toriyama stated the reason Pan couldn't become SSJ because her blood was too diluted not because she's a female so I assume a females can become SSJ. Heck even the blood being diluted thing is contradicted by the fact Goku jr. goes SSj and his blood is even more diluted than Pan's! Then again GT isn't really considered canon, but that is a WHOLE 'nother discussion there.
Toiyama san makes his female saiyans look really feirce. Except for the one in bardock saga. (cant think off her name) I'd always though they we're beautiful. O_o

Very cool character! Just looking at her I can tell it's not a character I'd want to mess with...she'd kick my butt in a heartbeat!
A couple suggestions though when drawing females...smaller chins, smaller shoulders, and thinner arms.

I like it! You're gonna shade her? That would be awesome. There are not enough female Saiyan art pieces in the world.
