ur colors look great but i dont think u should blur everything together :) u get a nicer effect that looks more like the markers when u dont go bak and blur it :3

The colors got me fascinated. ^^ Her wings turn out good, I don't see anything wrong or bad about it. In fact, it's really purrty.
If you wanna blur, try duplicate, Gaussian blur then screen. That technique always give off this cool warm glowy effect. :)
