Aww, she's so cute! I'd like to see her in some comics with the Elric Bros. Hmm... names? Well, if you want a Japanese name, I'd say "Midori" since her hair's green. But, if you're looking for a more Western name, like most of the FMA characters, you could do what Arakawa-Sensei did and find a book of names and pick one randomly. ^_^ But, she looks like an "Emma" to me.
