Teehee. Actually, Im redrawing this on a 12 x 18 paper then coloring it with Prismas.

But when i do color things on the comp its with GIMP and with a mouse. I wish i had a tablet!

Owo! This is really cool looking! It's like an even cooler of the Queen of Hearts lady from Alice in Wonderland! Black and white pwns all other colors. :) Hope you get a lot of recognition for this pic!

The hearts everywhere definitely give off that 'Queen of Hearts' feelings. XD You integrated them almost everywhere!

I saw what TwoFacedLullaby said about you not winning last year to a crappy painting 'cause the anime style, and I think that is complete and utter bull for you have not to have won.
