~weeeell if you have photoshop image ready i can tell you how :D
otherwise i wouldnt know how to explain it.
basically, you draw one frame, and then make small changes to it and save it, frame by frame, until it looks like its moving when you put it all together ^^
kinda like those flip books that have pictures the gradually change so it looks like its moving. ^^
