Thanks! Well, I've been working on this, "talent" for about 5 years...even then, only this year have I started getting, "good"...
If you are looking for books, I would suggest the...erm...well, I started out with the really basic how to draw books, but the real secret is to read as many manga's as you can, and watch a lot of anime! That's really how I got better.
Then, once you feel you're doing good, try, The Monster Book of Manga That's what I use right now, it really helps!
