You will most certainly do well. You've grabbed many aspects of NYC and thrown them into one picture. I wouldn't be surprised if you won! ;]
You've got car/taxi drawing SKILLS.
Very interesting perspective! I really love this piece as a whole. The elements taken from anime and NYC really blend well here, which was really the point of the contest anyway. XD You're very brave for drawing the cab, I couldn't do that at all!
