Where you found the image is irrelevant. What is important is that when making a fan art that so closely resembles the original; one does not place it in original anime when it is not their own creation.
I've moved it over to other anime for you since we do not have a category for Hot Gimmick yet, but next time, don't take credit for an artists original idea, in this case the creator of Hot Gimmick.

Thanks, your comment jogged my memory. That character is from a picture drawn by Oniko on dA. On her site, she posted a line art for her friends to CG. Here is an example of one CG from a year ago: Click here.
Please don't get hostile towards me. I was just suggesting that if you draw from a picture that another artist drew you give them credit; otherwise it is plagiarism. If you look at the theOtaku FAQ found here, you will notice that plagiarism is against the rules.
