I like that your outline is done is a different color besides black. The red greatly defines your character's trait.. goes well with that evil smirk (it has that blood lust vide... xD)
I know what you were trying to go for.. but his right left still looks quite odd =/

He looks a bit like Mello, Matt, and Mear all put together! So what would that be called...? Melotear...? Lol I likes it. The red ink makes it interesting. Nice work.
