AWWWW! Don't be so hard on yourself! It's a great picture! It's better than what I can do. Two years? That's all? Try about 5 years and still can't even DRAW! I really like how you drew it, a little sketchy like - it's looks like how the pros draw character sketches. I like his eyes, they look like they actually have emotion in them, compared to some fanart that I have seen. Great pic of Vinny!
The eyes need to be further down, they are too close to the forehead, especially when you consider the angle. Try practicing with drawing from real life photos. Other than that you have a nice drawing style, keep it up ^__^
