Well it´s late but I wanted to give a long comment before going to sleep.There is little advice I can give you this time since I dont have experience on this kind of effects.You probably used a base photography and seems u got a nice one.Probably it´s not the causal anime style but this is interesting.Maybe if you tell us a big more in the caption and what did you wanted to share with us in this picture I could give some help .Good work keep them comming.
