I love your shading, and I agree with you. Colored pencils rock. I can't use computers very well though, so maybe that's why I prefer them? I don't usually color my pics in general, however, so I don't have much room to talk.
Anywhooo.... She looks great. Exceptionally cute. I love it. And I would greatly enjoy seeing a Tsudade chibi ^-^

Temari is one of my favorite girl characters, because she's just so cool. And your picture definitely displays the 'coolness'. ;D
Ah, Prismas are ever so handy and nice looking! I prefer the hand coloring over digital, 'cause I can't do digital yet. :B
